Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy: At Mollyboo, we guarantee the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the specific return conditions for dresses and bags.
1. Return Period
· General Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return in the event of a change of mind or a defect.
· Promotional Periods: For purchases made during Black Friday, Christmas, or other promotions, the return period is 7 calendar days.
2. Dress Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the dress must be in perfect condition:
· With the original tag intact and attached.
· Washing: The dress must be unwashed and unworn.
· Packaging: Preferably in its original packaging (bag or box). Accessories: All accessories accompanying the dress (such as belts, scarves, etc.) must be returned.
Important: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of dresses containing makeup, perfume, deodorant, or showing signs of wear. We recommend trying on the dress carefully and over other clothing.
3. Luggage Return Conditions
To return luggage, you must:
Tags: All original tags must be intact and affixed.
Use: The luggage must not show any signs of use (scratches, marks, or dirt) or have been transported.
Keys and Locks: If the luggage is accompanied by keys or locks, they must be in their original packaging and unused.
Packaging: Ideally, the luggage should be returned in its original box and protective packaging.
4. Accepted Reasons for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Regrets: The item did not suit you, does not meet your expectations, or does not meet your expectations.
Manufacturing Defect: (e.g., loose stitching, broken zipper, defective suitcase wheel, fragile handle).
Order error: You received a different color, model or size than ordered.
5. Return Procedure
Contact Us: Email mollyboo.mode@gmail.com or access "My Account" on our website during the return period. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Product Shipping: Once your request is approved, we will send you shipping instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. In the event of a defect or error on our part, the shipping costs will be our responsibility.
3. Inspection: Upon receipt of the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets all of the above conditions.
4. Processing:
Exchange: We will exchange it for the desired product or one of equivalent value.
Refund: The amount will be fully refunded to the original payment method. For credit cards, the card issuer may require up to one or two invoices to process the refund.
6. Instances in which returns are not accepted
· Products without tags or whose tags have been removed.
· Dresses or bags with obvious signs of use, dirt, damage, or a bad odor.
· Damage caused by the customer after receipt.
Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically damaged. Packaging damaged during shipping, such as a dented box, while still in good condition, is not considered damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email us and attach a clear photo of the damage. We will determine your eligibility for a free replacement. We do not refund or accept returns on items damaged by normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you have a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
